The Bobst Library Computer Center (BLCC) is a resource available to the NYU community and patrons of Bobst Library, offering a myriad of computing and information technology services.
The BLCC is located on Lower Level 1 (LL1) of Bobst Library. At the helm of the BLCC service desk is a group of trained IT technicians available to answer your questions, assist with the configuration of your laptop, and help you troubleshoot and resolve issues pertaining to the technology we have available at Bobst Library.
For issues with the NYURoam (nyu) network, contact the NYU IT Service Desk by phone (212 998 3333), available 24/7, or by email (AskIT@nyu.edu).
For issues with the Bobst Guest Wireless (nyuguest) contact the BLCC.
Printing & Scanning
Report printing and/or scanning issues to the nearest service desk, or by phone (212 998 2460) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Report photocopiers issues to the nearest service desk or by phone (718 237 0060). Please be prepared with the machine ID number.
